It is not often I miss the start of a game but alas the traffic tonight was very bad and it took me two and a half hours to get to the ground. Anyway it was not a great game - most thoughts were on the Uefa problem. It was an easy win for City and they rarely had to lift their game. The visitors hardly had a shot on goal and Ederson did not have a shot to save. We had a rare moment in the first half when we scored from a corner! Rodri being the nodder from Kevin's corner. De Bruyne scored a goal in the second half and City played out time without any problems. With 12 games left City are still 22 points behind Liverpool so it will take some miracle for us to retain the trophy!!
Lots of gaps in the crowd tonight. However knowing the system they will say 54,000 were here! There should be Premiership rules stipulating the correct attendance!
City made several changes from the loss at Spurs - Laporte and Mendy came back and both Aguero and Jesus played up front. Both the Silva's were back too.
A lot of gaps in the visiting areas too tonight. It was brave of them to come
