City v Barnsley match ( April 2002 ) the police and stewards surrounded the pitch
about ten minutes before the end of the match. I noticed the pattern of lines
of blue, orange, yellow and green.I waited for the linesman to appear. It would
have been better for him to have his flag raised but it was not to be. The final
